Welcome to the first episode of “The Exercise Pad Session”. I decided to do these videos cuz I remember how I struggled to find my daily routine or my pre-gigs warm-up routines when I was in my school years. So I decided to post exercises, that I've “stolen” from books that I studied from and awesome teachers that helped me through school, that are good for warm-ups, that have the purpose to develop strength and speed, and most importantly, a lot of rudiments exercises, so that you can have a list of choice to pick up from and create your own routines depending on what you're playing or in what you need work on. These will be short videos of single exercises so that the list can be visual too.
